any word on when adpi will be done/ what it will look like/ I heard rumors they r moving off row cus their house is going to be too big to fit on their lot and they are going next to pi phi and alpha phi is taking their land to build a new house... seems like a surefire way for adpi to drop rankings
also is zeta going to be done by fall cus it doesn't looking like so
how did dg go up so fast when it took gphie 7 years to build

ADPI is building a gorgeous new house on the same lot. They are tearing down and rebuilding. The had a ground breaking this month and the house is expected to be built by next summer. I hear DG is going to be finished this summer. The tow is going to look much different.

I don't think anyone is upset about Aphi getting a new house. I think the problem is that they like to tell people that they're taking ADPi's lot or like the rumor that they started when they said they were taking GPhi's house. It is simply untrue and really wrong to make up rumors like that.
