Where? There’s basically no room near there that wouldn’t demolish a lot of parking if I’m remembering from rush right. I feel like UF/Pan wouldn’t let it happen.

There’s a strip of like 8 spots between the snu and pi phi houses but not a full lot. As far as I know they’re clearing that and the land behind it for their house

how do they already have the lot to build a house when they've been here for less than a year?? no one knows if they'll even be able to maintain chapter total. seems like bs

it's legit, their nationals are really strong, they seem to break ground quickly wherever they introduce new chapters
