theta chi dues

Are Theta Chi's dues expensive? Us in ZBT and Phi Delt keep telling me they're really expensive and that no one can afford them. Is this true or are they just saying that so I don't rush there?

No fraternity is going to discuss their dues structure on this site. If you want to know ask a brother you know or ask during rush.

I would agree with the person above. I know they are one of the more expensive fraternities, but don't think their dues are unbearable. I wouldn't trust what a fraternity says about another fraternity, usually they just talk crap about eachother.

Their dues are comparable to phidelt. They are cheaper than Beta

Mine is $5,000 a semester however I'm in a top house.

Most houses are about 1900-2000. After the new house theta chis will easily be 2500-2600
