uf frat bros better looking than other sec schools?

I've transferred here from another SEC school and rushed a sorority. I've noticed the frat guys here seem to be in better shape and more better looking than the other SEC schools (UGA, Alabama, Auburn, Ole Miss etc). Why is this?
