don't rush just to get the cheapest or most expensive house or whatever. yeah it should be considered in your decision but if you only care about the money part, sorority life isn't for you. there's no sense in paying thousands for a house if you end up hating it or choosing a cheap house where you don't click with anyone.

Think of it this way, the ones with newer/nicer houses are probably more expensive because you’re going to be paying partly for the house (gamma phi, sigma kappa, tri delt, Dz, soon DG and some others all have nicer/new houses).
