Honestly? No one cares enough about houses for dg to make a big enough jump to top tier lol their pc will probably stay the same ... their rep is bad and the sisters in it don’t have much to offer anyway

I think the new house will help them and ADPI(not sure when but I hear one is coming) these beautiful new houses will probably hurt AOPI and KD
