spring rush - emailing?

So I'm really interested in rushing spring 2019; im a freshman and im interested in like sorta top/mid tier sororities. I know the good ones do low-key rushing, so should I email the sororities to let them know im interested? I sorta know 2 girls from one that I really like but they're pc18

talk to them and ask. You could always go to the sorority’s website and find the email of their VP of recruitment too

Would it seem lame if i emailed? I am also interested but don’t want them to remember my name and completely like shun me. Also if someone can share their experiences about rushing for a mid/top tier house in spring I’d appreciate it

Rushed last spring. It was a lame experience. I emailed several houses . Got I invited to 3 bottom houses that I did not like nor did I want to join. Disappointing . I rushed this fall and preffed at two middle tier houses. I am soooo happy I got a bid from where I belong. The true top houses zeta Adpi and Kddid not have Spring Rush. Hold out and wait for Fall.
