Believe it or not but DDD is moving into the Top , DG is not far behind either . I could see KD dropping out of the top tbhs .

Not true. KD is the solid top ( true top) house. Genuine, classy, chicks that are nice as well. DG is sleazy as hell, and Ddd is snotty and some real witches. Nice try though. Your self ranking is so obvious. Headbangers ladies? Did you get the invite?

DDD has moved up the past few years. This is old news. KD was on the way down but had a good PC this year. DG? They are still below the top 4 , ADPI, ZTA, KD and DDD

Sorry DG but KD did well this year, especially compared to their previous years. You have a good class but not quite up to par with KD. Just my opinion

I agree, they both killed it in recruitment and are steadily moving up. Great involvement, beautiful new girls, and great attitudes. KD’s pledge class was good but DDD and DG’s were better.

Even new house will not stop DG's decline. I would take a bid out a desperation from Tri delt, but Never from DG now. Both houses on the decline. It is really sad. I also believe that Dg and Ddd and Aoi get 99 percent of the rejects from Adpi, ZEta and KD. All three of the top tier houses did so well with their Pc's this year that they broke records for bid requests. New houses and renovations will be astronomical for Adpi and Zeta. More and More PNM's wanting to get into these top houses period. Wow!
