Being kind and genuine does matter regardless of tier. The houses that seemed fake to me were Zeta, DDD, Deeph, Sk,. Those stick out the most to me. My favs were dz, xo, Pi Beta, adpi, phi mu, aephi . I could have joined any of those houses. Super girls.

I would say this is very similar to my experience as well, give or take.

What I can say is I've met someone I like and someone I dislike in every single house. No house is perfect with 100% nice people but I think it's funny here that the bottom houses of this rank are usually ranked mid-high, which just goes to show how bs "ranks" are.

This is completely what I felt during rush too. You can find nice girls in every house if you look hard enough, but the ones at the top of this list are filled with great people.
