by: piWhat is the overall opinion of Pi Kappa Phi here? Besides their house, are they on the rise, decline, staying the same? I will be rushing next fall and would like to know what people think about them. Honest opinions please, no trolling.

It was the last day of rushing so it was mainly because I didn’t have time to actually know them.

oh damn, I feel you. I am really curious on how hard it is to get a bid there, that's why im asking... i know they may have to take more in spring to pay for the house though.

I also started rush late and I went to their house. They seem like really nice guys and my friend's brother was in that same frat but graduated last year. I heard all kinds of stuff about them and thats why I went there. The house is brand new. I hope I get a bid next term. girls in my dorm say they are on the rise.

i have heard great things as well, i just see that they are between upper mid and mid and worried on how selective they are. I hope i get a bid as well
