voting from round 3 to pref

How does the voting work? Is it based on the votes of an entire chapter or just the person who talked to you in round 3?

It depends on the chapter so no one really knows how every chapter works

We all do things differently but some of us have to move legacies to the top of the bid list at pref so basically they will be getting bids.
