Theta Chi.. And I haven't even been in it yet. Lol for sure. SAE is awesome and super fun to party in. ATO needs to pressure wash and fix their house.

Theta Chi has the nicest house, followed by SAE and Beta. And the physical house definitely does matter where I hang out.
