by: LolI'm a sophomore rushing in the fall and all this website has showed me is how catty the "top" sororities are. Do y'all actually care who is number 3 and who is number 4 when there are like 20 sororities here? Ive read so many times people arguing over the order of "top" sororities, and then a bunch of comments about girls in top sororities wishing they went middle to avoid the drama. So I guess I only want middle tier cause this cattiness isn't for me

Not all the “top” houses are like that. The ones who don’t feel the need to shove it down everyone’s throats that they are a top house are a lot less involved in the petty, high school drama. THAT is what people mean when they say there are just different vibes to each house

I came on this site looking for advice and honestly got really disallusioned by the responses on this thread. I don’t care about ranks or whatever or any of that stuff, I just needed insight.As a freshman in the fall who already signed up for rush in August, it’s really disheartening.
Instead of calling people pathetic, maybe try to convince them that maybe Greek life IS worth it, because honestly spending $175 to be rushed by girls like you who seem to want to tear people down all the time is the real pathetic thing.
