First year in their rehabed house on the Row. Great group of guys that me and my friends love hanging out with and they are all really close with each other. All of their parties I have been too have been a blast and I felt safe the whole time which is nice. Some guys are a little more nerdy and awkward than other fraternities but still know how to talk to people.

Others are playing checkers while SigEp plays chess. Keep in mind is that most undergraduates that live in fraternity homes are under age (over 90%). Unfortunately, alcohol has become a central focus of fraternity life on campus here in Gainesville as well as nationwide and SigEp wants to demonstrate clearly that our priorities lie with preparing young college men to become confident, values based leaders. SigEp offers the leadership WE NEED NOW.

SigEp has a mission to better the world through better men - Balanced Men. Essentially, we're trying to create a different fraternity that differs from the normal frat that we see. We differ from the stereotype of being "fratty." We want to create something in our own legacy that leaves an impact on our campus and nationwide.

I’m pretty sure they have some kind of supervisor hired by nationals that lives in house to enforce it.
