sororitys building/renovating

Why the big push to re build/ renovate recently? Also, with gamma house going up and APhi needing to build in the next 4 years, how is all that construction going to work? Will they have to take turns?

HOUSES DO NOT MET THE DEMANDS OF THE SISTERS. DUH? ADPI BUILDING A NEW HOUSE, DG BUIDLING A NEW HOUSE. XO DID UPDATE, ZTA RENOVATING. HOUSES CAN BE BUILT AT THE SAME TIME.

She means the chapters knocking their houses down. UF has 1 off campus location for chapters without houses, SK had it last year and gamma has it now. APhi should probably get it next, but with other chapters rebuilding and destroying their houses in the process, the question is what happens to them?

many of the houses are outdated, built in the 1950s-60s and need to comply with ADA requirements.
some have guest suites, and maybe they need to use that space for something else..
plus, technology has changed - houses need to be wired.
same goes with frat houses.
