nope, they're not. they didn't do anything wrong as a whole. it was one girl and she's facing her own consequences for it for the rest of her life and is no longer a member. the same exact way when any other sorority member in another chapter does something wrong, she's dealt with and the chapter themselves are usually fine unless they're actually guilty of something, but theta isn't. hence why they're staying.

yall realize this case happened a year ago and was already dealt with by the university of florida once before right? its just being publicised again due to the audio recording being so savage

Trolls don't care. They still bring up stuff that happened years ago. It's all about thinking they are having some affect on Greek life places that they don't even go. Sadly for them, since no one on campus actually cares about this site, they are getting worked up over nothing.
