okay first off, a year ago is NOT a long time in the span of chapter traditions. it is HIGHLY likely that things of that nature still occurred this year, especially since the girl talked about her experiences being hazed the year prior to this video. it is likely a tradition of hazing, and it is not a shame that it is now out there. the person that recorded her illegally should face legal problems as well, however, the chapter absolutely needs to be reprimanded too because this was clearly not an isolated event. they've kicked chapters off campus for much less physical evidence than this. not saying that's what it should come to, but something needs to be done. thats clear.
