Which frats and sororitys are improving the most lately????

Nowhere to go: Very top (ADPI/ZTA)and very bottom
Improving: DDD,DG,KD, PBP,DPE,XO,PM and I heard SK
Declining: AOPI,DZ, KAT, AEPHI

KKG and AXO are still upper bottom

Axo is decling. KKG and phi mu getter better. Pretty soon Axo will be the bottom as Sk is improving. Down you go axhoe

Frats: phidelt most definitely and surprisingly have really started to enjoy aepi! (I feel like people might disagree) but I went to their tailgate and it was fun af, I spoke with some really cool dudes and gorgeous girl from a top tier sorority at ucf who was actually dating an aepi and it makes me feel like they might be becoming better looking¿??? not tier moving but improving within their tier maybe. Good work phidelt and aepi!

Rising sororitys (not including top, cuz technically they can't improve): pi phi, xo, kkg, gphi, sk
Pi phi is top of mid, xo is competitive for a lot of girls including top tier houses, kkg has risen above axo, gphi crushed their quota and got the best bottom tier pc, sk showing some great improvement with this pc

Kat with declining PCs, deeph lost some girls to aopi, axo is being considered top of the bottom tier, phi mu self ranks like crazy without much improvement, aephi below quota this year
