how hard to rush top tier

I knew one person in my fraternity before I joined it, and I am in a top tier. If you are cool, able to hold a convo, and a decent looking guy you'll get a bid As long as you fit in with that fraternity. If you are cool kid, but from the south, you probably would rather go ato than phi delt (just an example)
