Well the dumb ones aren't at UF, for starters. If you're looking for "business driven" guys, you might want to try a "business fraternity."

They have those.

Smartest: honestly, collectively, SigEp. Not nearly as wild as others tho in terms of social stuff. Midway point between business fraternity and IFC from what I've seen. Could be a good fit for what you're looking for.
