Honestly have no clue where Pike is at they can be Top still or fall to mid all about their next pledge class is at
Pi kapp will prob rise when they get a new house but can't do much this year without homecoming and frat row tailgates(their better then kappa sig and Aepi but below pi lam, delt and tep)
Don't know much about lower tier but believe thats what it is

Coming from a girl, the most fun I ever have is at machi. I personally think Phi Delt is a great fraternity also, and they have amazing tailgates and events, but the date functions and parties that machi throws are the best ive been to so far. Again, I love both frats.

Pilam and tep both down, also think pike will end up staying at around the SAE level, their drop probably won't end up being as drastic as most people anticipated originally
honestly would say that whole middle tier (Delt/Pikapp/AEPi/Pilam/Kappa Sig/TEP) is about the same at this point

Agree that Pike is in the same place as SAE or just under but thats where they've always been. On Middle tier though, there is SUCH a big difference. Sorority relations, involvement, girls they hang out with, etc. is all very different.
