So if your family is rich and your mom drives a Range Rover and wears designer clothes you are in. If your family is from Paraguay or somewhere and your family babbles non stop about oppression in your homeland, then no you are not a fit with the house. There is an international sorority rush happening this week for South Americans.

I was a hispanic sorority woman. In reality, it has everything to do with "type." If you are not someone who is a traditional "sorority girl" regardless of cultural background, then you will not get a bid. What that translates to is - would you fit into the house? are the girls rushing you girls that you would pick as friends without the greek system? if the answer is no, then thats the reason ANYONE is dropped.

I had no problem getting a bid from a top
House. I am a stem, pretty and out going, all houses here have Hispanic girls. Actually I had many houses from all different levels pursue me. My house is very diverse, probably the most diverse at UF.
