Upper Mid: Pi Phi, Theta
Mid: XO, DZ, DPhiE
Lower Mid: AXO, KKG
Bottom: AEPhi, Phi Mu, Sigma Kappa, GPB

I honestly think Phi Mu has been improving substantially over the years. Whether you want to call them top of bottom or lower mid, I think they are on par with Kappa and AXO. Before I am accused of self ranking, I am in an upper tier house but have noticed their improvement.

Actually they have gotten better. since they don't compete with me, I am comfortable saying that. Not huge strides, but small ones that have added up. Pi Phi has also gotten better. Overall UF Greek system is improving and getting stronger each year, that's why Alpha Phi is being brought in. I think it is a good thing.

This is true. Phi mu had better return rates than Alpha Chi and got a larger pledge class, but Kappa did best out of the three.

AOPI is top not on par with PI PHI and had a hot PC and KAT remains upper mid because they also got a hot PC at his year
