i hate rush

I am a junior, and the worst part of being in a sorority is rush.

I've had some amazing conversations with nice,genuine girls who were cut anyway because they aren't 'top tier material'. BTW, I'm in one of the houses known as nice girls. Now I have to face these people when I see them out.

Ladies, rush is superficial, catty, and based on your appearance, who you know, if you are lucky enough to have a conversation with someone with influence, and if are bubbly. I know my house is missing out on some amazing girls.

I am sorry that I am part of this process that hurts so many feelings unnecessarily.
