Will being a Junior hurt my chances of getting a bid?

Not at all. If anything, you'd have a better chance of getting a bid because they usually go by seniority.

pretty sure it's much harder the older you get, being a junior probably isn't an advantage at all, but being a senior it'd be pretty much impossible.

On which house(s) you decide to rush. I know for mine, they've taken juniors, and there were even some in my pledge class even who had transferred from community college. I was a sophomore in the fall when I pledged for the person who asked that. This semester, I think we're mostly looking at freshmen to keep our numbers up with brothers graduating and everything, but even so, it's not like we'd say "No, you can't rush here because you aren't one". You have to realize that fraternities are looking for solid guys who fit the mold of their brotherhood first and foremost. You could be a freshman and not fit in, and you could be a sophomore or junior and be the exact opposite. Won't know until you rush, so my advice is to just go out and do it. No harm in it, right?

I'm a girl though

Seemed like a girl to me, that's why I asked. That'll make it even harder than if you were a guy most likely.
