truth about what "top tier" is

Ok a lot of girls on here argue about who is "top tier," but it all comes down to the homecoming rotation. If you're in the rotation you're a top tier sorority. The rotation is:

Tri delt
ADPi
ZTA
KD

with the frats ATO, sigma chi, SAE, and pike. It's a rotation, so every year each sorority swaps partners. Phi delt which is a pretty much top tier frat, recently came into the mix and got KD this year.

Anyways, girls please stop bad mouthing other chapters to try to make your own chapters look better. Let's be mature respectful Panhellenic women.

The fact that these frats went outside of their rotations to pick DG and AOPI over ADPI/ZTA/KD/DDD...don't you think that says something? Seems to me like the superficial #5 and #6 spots aren't all that accurate!

It's more than just 'rotation'. Top tier has the highest return rates during recruitment thus being more desirable for PNMs.

This post is all wrong...phi delt isn't considered "pretty much top" lmao. Ask any girl and they'll say they're one of the top 3 frats on campus. Before make a claim, you should check your facts

No. I'm in zeta and have a bunch of friends in ddd and adpi.... can't tell you the last time we went to phi delt. Our game day with them was empty and everyone went to ato. They're irreverent except to their few groupies

I'm in a "top" rotation house and I have been phi delt once.. I'm a senior this year (this is true for probably a lot of girls in my chapter)
