gamma phi beta
by: pnmhow long do you think it will take gphi to rise/get a better social rotation? I'm a legacy to gphi (my mom was in a top tier gamma phi) but im not sure if it's worth the risk here or to just go for a better house. I hear they're not so bad for a new sorority, does anyone think their new house next year will help them?

Your summary of them is pretty much spot on. They're pretty good for a new sorority but of course they don't have a house yet/aren't super established. If I were you, I'd wait until rush and meet their sisters before you decide anything, you might really like them. If not, there are tons of other houses too.

Oh and to answer your question, I think a house will be helpful to them, and I can see them rising with it. But at the same time they're still new and establishing a different social rotation and things like that could take a while
