rush process

what does the rush process look like from the inside perspective? how are we getting judged by the chapter women/how can I make sure I don't get dropped?

Each chapter does rush differently

Im in a "top" sorority and no one is going to tell you the rush process because each sorority is different and everything is very secretive. Basically though you're judged on looks, personality and what you could bring to the sorority. in general (at least top sororities), looks are prioritized round 1 because its such a short round/convo so rushees cant fully get to know the pnm. after that its mainly how well you fit in, how you can benefit the sorority, and your personality.
