adopt arrests?

you have no idea. I've heard that the top houses are the stricter ones to keep up their "good rep" and enforce all these crazy rules down to what you post/how you dress. I can't imagine how much trouble this girl got in...I don't think she is kicked out since her social media is still associated with the chapter. Their members honestly may not even know

She won't get kicked out. I'm sure she'll have serious consequences, but it's better to deal with it internally than dealing with the process of kicking her out and all the drama that comes with it.

The way I see it is that it could happen to any college girl, to an extent. YES, we all underage drink at bars. YES, any one of us could get arrest and/or an MIP. This is not uncommon and the girls should not be ridiculed for things that any one of us could get in trouble for just because they were "unlucky." The part that makes these girls different is how they handled the situations. One is a UF athlete to start, so not only should she be on very good behavior but she is also a part of a sorority that maintains a very good reputation. For her to get arrested for battery is not something that everyone does and doesn't get caught doing like underage drinking. On the other hand, the other girl that got arrested for battery on an officer... that is also unacceptable and once again not something typical of almost every college girl

The girls should not get torn apart for mistakes but then again the mistakes are not as "innocent" as MIPS or just underage drinking. They are either acts of character or just being flat out dumb and disrespectful towards the law/law enforcement. To make matters worse they are in ADPI which presents themselves to be very good classy girls with high morals so I can't imagine ADPI not taking some kind of action with the girls.. it doesn't seem acceptable for the reputation they wish to uphold
