what happens after bid day?

Can someone explain what happens after bid day? Are there events on the weekend of rush week that you must attend? I know its different for every sorority but I have to plan for other things as well. Thanks :)

You'll probably have a new member ceremony soon after you can always just talk to your new chapter and tell them that you have prior commitments and they'll work with you
