how to meet the brothers?

Im here for summer B and rushing In the fall. I have gone to a lot of parties for different houses but I dont know how I should meet the guys. Advice? also, someone said if you know you can't join a top house then dont waste your time rushing, but what does this mean? how do I know if im "top tier" material?

If you're on here as a freshman you're not top material. As for meeting brothers, don't be afraid to talk to them. Conversation goes both ways, so if you act interested they'll do the same if they're worth your time.
