rec letters?
by: OkWho exactly can write rec letters other than family and alumni? Can an active member at a UF chapter write a rec letter? How about an active member at a chapter that isn't UF? Please let me know, I'm the first in my family to go Greek and it's not really popular where I'm from so none of my friends parents or anything went Greek.

no, an active at UF cant write a rec for you. but she may be able write one for someone going through recruitment at another school...this is different for each sorority.
go through your teachers at school to see who was in a sorority. get your mom to ask her friends, either in person or on FB. just please dont get a rec from a random person on the internet. so weird when we receive one on a girl in Miami, from someone in north dakota, or some weird place.

i mean, we're at UF. You will see so many unconnected pretty girls from oos getting into top tiers. You wont see this at other sec schools. Don't worry about rec letters
