tennessee game
by: VisitorI'm currently in a sorority at Tennessee and was considering coming to Gainesville for the football game. It's my senior year and I'm wanting to go to an away game at a school I haven't been to, and this seems like the one to go to. Any recommendations for how to go about it? Hotels or bars? Tips or advice on what night life is like? I'm from West TN (6 hours from Knoxville) so I don't have any friends at UF or connections, but would still love to come with a few friends. Hoping fans aren't too mean and that it's easy to make friends tailgating. I'm a social person so I don't mind asking for help or starting a conversation. Thanks!

contact the UF chapter of your sorority and see which fraternity they are paired with for gameday and then go from there. youll be able to walk into pretty much all of the fraternity houses on row and from the houses its a short walk to football stadium, or a little bit longer walk to midtown (bars).
