why are people still saying zbt is not middle tier even though they have homecoming with aephi?
i know they don't have a house but does that even really matter? just wondering

They won't be mid that quickly. Lambda Chi is also doing homecoming with AEPHi as a joint homecoming with ZBT, so it's not like ZBT just came back and had an easy time getting a hoco. That being said they have the most potential out of bottom tier. Def better than Sig Ep, but still a little ways away.

No actual sigep posts stuff about bmp or anything on here. People who think these are actual sigeps trying to boasts are just ignorant. None of them care about promoting themselves on here and all these long posts about their bmp program and all of that is just someone trying to get a bunch of dislikes. It's sad really

Sigep is a good fraternity on their way. They may not be middle tier right now but they definitely will be soon. They have great guys and good partnerships. Zbt will be moving up along side them but they are both better than rock bottom already and moving up quick

"Our Chapter went through a negative period in recent years. A period that we are not proud of. SigEp Headquarters, Florida Alpha Alumni and UF worked hard to insure that SigEp returns to the Florida Campus as the positive force in undergraduate's lives and, that it is better than ever. We returned in January 2016 and during the spring semester, 40 outstanding young men were recruited to restart the organization.
SigEp revolutionized the fraternity movement in 1991 by unveiling the Balanced Man Program (BMP), a concept of single-tiered membership and continuous development that begins the day a brother joins. SigEp believes the stereotypical fraternity experience does not fulfill the needs of today’s college male. The BMP offers an experience focused on scholarship, leadership, professional development and life skills. Members learn to live their best lives through unique, rewarding programming tailored to fit their needs and prepare them for the journey of life ahead."

The house is brand new and the renovations are 4+ million and the alumni are having no problem paying for it. The house is gonna be ready for the fall and it is gonna be completely new besides the outside. Get your facts right

@lion the kids right. They are getting the funding. I dont know the actual price of the renovations but it is over 3 million I know. They have the money but they aren't adding the extra story like what had been planned before. The house was gutted and completely redone from the inside including new rooms walls ceiling and floors. Everything in the house is gonna be brand new and should be done in August as planned. Those are the facts

The alumni ownership corporation had to borrow another $1 million because they didn't hit their minimum fundraising goal of $3.3 million - which was the amount needed for the smallest renovation project (Option 3). Total debt is now $1.7 million.

ZBT will take years to get even to middle, like without any house and with no socials or good looking members its gonna be a real slow climb.
Nationals cant help them that much
