dropped a frat, can i rerush

hey all, i dropped a mid tier frat last semester before being initiated cuz i didnt feel like it was a good fit. can fraternities see that i dropped? and what are ALL the details they see about pnms? wondering for while now,

So I dropped from a mid tier fraternity in the fall, and I'm now an initiated brother in a top tier fraternity. I don't think we can see where you previously pledged, because you were never initiated. We also don't care if you pledged a mid tier fraternity and dropped because you didn't fit. If we think your cool, you'll get a bid

They can see where you previously pledged on the Greek rushing app you signed up for that you signed in to when entering every house
