Don't agree, I felt so uncomfortable at aephi during rush and was one of the houses that was the hardest to get a good conversation going. The house isn't much to look at either.

In terms of frats, I think gphi has a better relationship. And they have more diversity and will soon have a new house. But aephi has a great gpa and is very established. So in my opinion they're equal for now
