fraternity rush as transfer student

Is this fairly common at UF? I can't transfer until I have 60 hours so I assume all of the transfers interested in fraternities would be juniors. In this case do they care that much or is really just if it's a good fit? Do they have more room than other colleges for juniors in a pledge class?
