what gives. This house was not better than DZ OR XO.... Both of those houses are better the Pi PHi.....

Look at ranks from the past 2 years...Pi Phi and KAT have been top of middle for a while. These ranks aren't new

I would put KAT AND PI SKI below the two..... DZ AND XO are the two top in the middle tier. PI PHI is so over rated..... Kat dropping, XO and DZ really hot.

fact: pi phis don't know how to dress and look put together. The other two houses do. Pi Phis ride on their "fratty" reputation. That is all.
