dg/aopi not a top house

i really dont understand how people can say DG and AOPI aren't top houses when they mix with all the same top frats. The only difference between them and ZETA, KD, ADPI and DDD is that they have a south florida vibe and appeal to completely different girls.

Dg dropped after I am in the boat. They quality of the pledges and PNM's have changed, they are not as selective as they use to be. Some real sleazy chicks.

AOPI is nice, but the girls are not as near as good as ADPI, ZTA, KD.

DDD is the SAme as DG

"not as near good" they look literally the same. girls in houses considered much lower even have girls that look like they could be in top houses. dont act like there's this big exaggerated difference.

I think they aren't considered top because a lot of people want the top to be very selective, so they would only consider the top three houses "top tier". However, virtually everyone ranks all of those houses in the top 6 together, so if you draw the line at 6 instead of 3, then those are all top houses. 6 feels too big to some, but if you divide the 17 into thirds then there would be 5-6 houses in each third.
