what do sororities mainly look at?
by: PNMWhat do sororities mainly look at when choosing a pledge class? Does the application play a super important role in getting chosen? Or is it a mix of personality + involvement? I know every school is different and I'm not sure what UF sororities look at.

Application doesn't matter very much. It's all about appearance and personality and how much you as a PNM would benefit the chapter. Meaning you have any skills or aspirations that would come to their advantage (you dance, your really good at a certain sport, you want to be involved on campus). They also consider how well you'd fit in with the girls that are already in the chapter

It's literally all personality, LOOKS and involvement. Application doesn't matter as much as you'd think so don't stress over that. Looks are sadly the biggest factor id say but that doesn't mean you need to look like a model, as long as you look your best. Second is probably personality/you well you'd fit in with the chapter. When you're talking to these girls they will be thinking "would this girl fit in here?" And involvement is important because these girls want their new PC's to be successful and active within UF and the sorority.
