DO NOT let a sorority being ranked as "top tier" on this website intimidate you. If you like one of the top 4 or 5 houses during rush and pref there, then pick them! If they called you back for prefs then they clearly saw something in you that they wanted.
When I went into recruitment I was so intimidated by all of the top houses and didn't even think I'd get a bid. BUT I ended up not getting dropped by a single house, preffed at three top houses, and can't imagine being anywhere else. Trust me when I say that they are not even close to as intimidating as you think
