confused about chi o

I'm confused. So I saw a lot of posts on here about girls in top tiers preffing at chi o. Why do top girls pref here if they are ranked so low? Where is chi o in compassion to the other places they prefffed on tiers?

XO isn't ranked low. They're solid mid. I feel like they are a lot of girls who are top tier material but didn't quite make the cut or didn't quite fit in. Like top tier type but more low key

lots of girls in mid also preffed at tops. Top is not for everyone.

I preffed there. Nice girls, beautiful house. Nicest of the middle tier without a doubt....

lots of girls in bottom houses preffed at top houses too. lots of girls in top houses had bottom houses on prefs. i know this because i have friends who ended up in both of these situations.
