adpi top house

Just curious as to how ADPi suddenly became the top house. All throughout the year everyone said KD and ZTA was the top of the top and at the very beginning of summer everyone said ADPi was better than KD, ZTA, and DDD. Did they have a phenomenal spring semester? like did they win lots of philanthropies or gain better frat relations because i still feel like they aren't the very best.

I think adpi is definitely one of the top, everyone has different opinions about who is #1. And how was KD considered the top all year with all the snap bid shaming that went on??? No way.

ADPI and ZTA are the Top.... then KD......I disagree with ADPI self ranking, this is probably the best house out there. They have their hands in everything on campus, most involved house. ZTA, did not place in Miss UF contest. I am in a middle tier house. ADPI just gets a lot of hate, and so does DDD and ZTA on this site.

I think ZTA is still the number one, yeah they may not have placed in miss UF but they won so many of the philanthropies, like pike halftime and beta bring it on. I think ZTA is more involved than ADPi.
