What house is underrated in your opinion??

XO..... I like this house..... belongs in the same tier, with DG, AOPI... not a lower middle tier house by any means, and I am not even in this house... some real hotties in this house.

The "obvi" part rubs the wrong way. reputations take time to develop (both good and bad), until more time passes and a first formal recruitment occurs it is not "obvi." IMHO, truly great reputations are typically earned, not gotten through jockeying around on greekrank.

Actually, i thought it was gamma phiB too. Saw a recent GR thread & thought it looked like they were all over it. But who really knows. I'm actually super excited to have new chapters (can't wait for Alpha Phi too!), but just don't know what to think YET! Can't wait for rush!

Underrated:
DDD, DG, AOPI, KAT, DEEPH (I'd say they are the most underrated, they just don't give a $hit about all this)

Overrated:
ADPI (most overrated), KD, XO, DZ

Right where they belong:
ZTA, PiPhi

I think DDD and XO are both really underrated. AOPi too but they're starting to get ranked higher now

Kappa and Chi O are definitely not over rated, and AXO, Phi Mu, and AEPhi are most definitely not under rated.
