zta vs dg vs aopi

zta's are cool, mainly from north florida though. aopi and dg are pretty similar, a lot of south florida girls. dphie also has a handful of south florida girls or nyc girls if you want a "city vibe". feel all of these out through recruitment

I can't really speak about zeta bc I don't know too much about them, but I can tell you the aopi and dg have a very similar vibe. They both party a lot and a lot come from Miami. The only thing that really differentiate them is dg is slightly more trendy, but is also falling. This pledge class will truly decide whether aopi will overtake dg. The only advantage of being in zeta would be that you would be in a solid top house while people like to dispute a lot about dg/aopi. Dg/aopi also associate mostly with phi delt while zeta pairs more with other frats. I've heard people say that zeta is catty but that may just be haters hating.

Other sororities that have a "city vibe" would be theta and dphie. Theta is very boho/trendy and has a lot of really great girls and there's a big mix of people. Dphie is mainly New York, Miami, Boca girls so they might be another one you would want to consider.

You can speculate about what house you may like all you want but you really won't know until rush. Try to keep an open mind cause you may surprise yourself and really like a house like Pi Phi or Tri Delt who aren't necessarily "city girls" but also aren't completely southern.

I'm in DG. while most of us are from south Florida, we do have a lot of variety. I'd like to think that we are one of the most diverse houses. our south Florida girls are from miami, ft lauderdale, boca, delray, west palm, Jupiter, Stuart, and even key west. We also have many girls from orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, the panhandle, and a ton of other small towns. there are also girls all the way from Cali, Missouri, New York, Connecticut, Maryland, etc. so while yes, you will get a city vibe from many girls in DG, you will also get a southern vibe. both are great and always make for a good time.
