pi phi too high on ranks

I don't get how Pi Phi has jumped to top middle along with KAT. They are nice girls, but don't stand out and average looking. Middle should be:
KAT/DZ
Pi Phi/Deeph
XO/AXO

Because they aren't as low as middle and are as equal as theta and higher than Xo and Deeph and DZ. they also have also with some of the lower top tier frats
