tiers-depends who you ask

I think you have to match up a southern/northern (Miami)house on every level. Or at least neutral. While I think ADPI women are beautiful, sweet, classy and have it going on, the whole southern conservative Christian thing was not for me, and I choose ZTA.

I know many ZTA's and ADPI's claim top spot, but honestly I'd say they are equal but very different. Here are what I see as the ranks by the vibe of each house:

ZTA/ADPI neutral/southern
DDD/DG neutral/northern
KD/AOPI southern/northern

KAT/Pi Phi northern/neutral
Deeph/DZ northern/southern
XO/AXO southern/neutral

I honestly do not know the vibes in the other houses but will do my best:

Agreed. This makes a good point as some people prefer southern and some northern. Florida is interesting that was in that you get both, so it's important to realize that some people may seem one as better but really they're just different

I've always believed this, thank you for saying it. I felt so out of place in some of the houses, but completely at home in others that are ranked similarly. I ended up in KAT and couldn't be happier.
