One of my favorites, along with AOPI. Many are from S. FL, Northeast, very chill, fun, and diverse.

A lot of miami girls. A handful of girls from the New England states.
They are not top tier by this websites standards, but they do have socials with most of the frats on this website that are considered top tier.
I feel like they get a lot of heat that they don't deserve because they are just different. A lot of people put them on the same level as Pi Phi, but they are very different from Pi Phi. And then people say that they think they are similar to AOPi or DG, but they're not. They're just their own sorority.

Also, when I say "They think they are similar," I meant the Theta's themselves have been rumored on this website to think they are similar to those sororities. I don't think they actually think that. I have just seen it on greekrank a handful of times

NOT top tier house by any means. Middle of the middle tier house. A mix of ladies in the house, some pretty girls too. I did not feel comfortable in this house, I cut them in the second round. Not that nice either, did not get a warm feeling from them. I think are about the same as AOPI in my opinion.

They're similar to AOPI imo. Middle or bottom of the top depending on who you talk to. Very pretty and diverse! Just kind of doctheir own thing, top frats tend to like them a lot. Preffed there and went another way but wouldve been super happy as a theta.
