I know the vast majority of people that rush are freshman. But I see a lot of sophomores that rush too. And there must be some juniors and seniors that go through recruitment. Does anyone have an approximation of what the proportions of pnms are as far as years go? Sorry that's bad wording. Is it like 85% freshman 10% sophomore 5% juniors/seniors that rush or something else? Not who gets bids, who rush.

Its really not that high % of freshmen! It's about 50% freshmen, 40% sophomores, 8% juniors, and 2% seniors

Does confidence help? I'm a junior and I know I'm pretty great. I have a good GPA and I'm hilarious and I do volunteer work all the time and I'm fun at parties. Will being confident give me an advantage?
