what is it like rushing a sorority as a sophomore?

I know a ton of sophomores rush, but do they make friends their own age? What about "families"?

I don't care about families!!! I want to know how the rush experience is different for them

My families I mean how does it impact the big/little situation. I would not want to end up with a big who's the same age as me.

hi I rushed as a sophomore and a freshman and the second time around was a lot better because I basically knew what to expect and the result was 100% better since now I'm in my first choice sorority

What do you think you did differently as a sophomore? Do you think knowing a lot more people in that sorority after freshman year helped you out?

I rushed as a sophomore and it's not a big deal unless you make it one. Youre not an outcast because a lot of girls rush as sophomores. I ended up in my first choice house & even have juniors in my PC. For families it works just like everyone else, you still get a big, who will either be an older girl that also rushed as a sophomore or someone your own year. Please relax, you'll be fine!

My big rushed as a sophomore, so my g and my big were the same age, and me and my big had a 2 year age gap- it literally made no difference to any of us! Good luck come fall! <3
